Can't watch Jme on Samsung TV or When will Jme be available on Samsung TV ?

The Jme app for Samsung TV is available in the Samsung App Store under development for a future update. The Jme app can be downloaded and watched on certain Samsung TV models, but some functionality issues are currently being addressed.

For reference, the Jme app can only be downloaded on the following models and OS versions:

• Samsung TV models from 2020 and later
• Tizen OS versions: 5.5–8.0
• Older models or OS versions prior to these are not compatible with the Jme app.

The Jme service can also be viewed by connecting a streaming device, such as an Amazon Fire TV Stick, to the HDMI port on the back of your Samsung TV.

Our vendor is currently addressing the functionality issues of the Samsung app. An update is expected soon, but a specific release timeline has not yet been determined.
