What can I do if the video or stream quality is bad? (ROKU)

1. Please restart your ROKU device (for individual ROKU device users).
Disconnect the power cord of your ROKU from the outlet, wait for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Press any button on the ROKU remote to turn on the device, wait for about 1 minute, then try accessing Jme services again.

2. Please check if the ROKU software is up to date.
Navigate to Settings → System → System Update → Check Now and update if necessary.
The latest version is as follows:
Software Version: 12.5.5
Build: 4174

3. Try deleting and reinstalling the Jme app.
Delete the app: Select Jme from the ROKU app selection screen, press the * button on the remote, choose "Remove app," and confirm deletion.
Reinstall: From the main screen of ROKU, select "Search," type in "Jme," choose the Jme app when it appears, and select ""Add channel"" to reinstall.

4. Try restarting the system.
Press the home button on ROKU, navigate to Settings → System → Power → System Restart → Restart.

5. Try resetting the network connection. (Network settings will need to be reconfigured)
Press the home button on ROKU, navigate to Settings → System → Advanced System Settings → Network Connection Reset. Once reset is complete, navigate to Settings → Network → Set Up Connection and reconnect to the network.

6. Consider performing a factory reset.
(Caution: Performing a factory reset will initialize the device. You will need to reconfigure network settings and settings for other ROKU channels)
Press the home button on ROKU, navigate to Settings → System → Advanced system settings → Factory reset.
