I am unable to reset the password from My Account.
You cannot reset your password from My Account. You will need to do it from the Sign-In page.
Click the Sign-In button.
Click the 'Forgot your password?' link.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click 'Send Email.'
You will receive an email with a password reset message. In the email, click the 'Reset Password' button.
On the 'Update Password' screen, enter your new password twice to reset it.
