Are there bilingual programs?

On NHK WORLD PREMIUM, some news programs such as 'NHK News 7' and 'News Watch 9,' as well as live broadcasts of Sumo, can be watched in bilingual format. It is possible to switch the audio language on the screen. However, there are no bilingual programs available on Jme Select or On-Demand.
