Why is my credit card payment failing? / Why isn’t my subscription renewing?

If you receive an error when entering your credit card information and cannot complete the payment, or if your viewing plan does not renew automatically, there are typically five possible reasons. You should receive an email to your registered address with the subject "Your payment has been rejected." Please check the “Failure reason” listed in the email. Below are the common reasons for failure and how to address each one:

Even if your payment fails, there is a 7-day grace period from the billing date during which you can continue viewing the service. Several payment attempts will be made during this grace period, so please resolve the issue during this time.

1. Refused / Issuer Suspected Fraud
Your payment was not authorized due to your bank or credit card company declining the charge.
Cleeng is the authorized payment processor for Jme. Please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to approve charges from Cleeng.
2. Invalid Card Number
The credit card information you entered is incorrect or not recognized.
Please check and re-enter your credit card information for your account.

3. Blocked Card
Your card has been blocked by the bank due to loss, theft, or other reasons.
Please enter a new credit card from your account.

4. Not Enough Balance
Your credit card limit or debit card balance is insufficient.
Please contact your credit card company or add funds to your debit card.
5. Fraud
Your credit card was blocked from Cleeng’s side for some reason.
Please contact Jme Customer Service. We will request Cleeng to have your card unblocked.

**If the payment issue is not resolved within the 7-day grace period, your subscription will not be renewed and your account will be automatically canceled.
