Why is my credit card payment failing? / Why isn’t my subscription renewing?
If your credit card payment fails even after entering the correct information, or if your subscription does not automatically renew, it is usually due to one of the following three reasons. In most cases, you will receive an email with the subject "Your payment has been rejected" at your registered email address.
Please check the "Failure reason" provided in that email.
1. If the failure reason is "Refused":
The payment was declined by your bank or credit card company.
Please contact your bank or credit card provider directly and inform them that a charge is being made by a company called Cleeng.
2. If the failure reason is "Not Enough Balance":
There are insufficient funds in your account.
Please check your bank balance.
3. If the failure reason is "Fraud":
For some reason, Cleeng has blocked your credit card.
Please contact Jme Customer Service, and we will reach out to Cleeng to enable your card.

**Please note: If your subscription fails to renew and no action is taken within 48 hours, the automatic renewal will be canceled and your account will be automatically deactivated.
