Please try resetting your password by following the steps below.
If your current password contains special characters (such as !, @, #, etc.), please create a new password without special characters and try signing in again.
Steps to Reset Your Password:
1. Access Jme.tv.
2. Click on "Sign In."
3. Click on "Forgot your password?"
4. Enter your registered email address on the screen.
5. You will receive an email with the subject "Your reset password request has been processed." Click the "Reset Password" button in the email
6. On the screen that appears, enter your new password twice (same password in both fields)
7. Your password has now been successfully changed. Click the "Return to Sign In" button to go back to the sign-in screen. Then enter your email address and new password to sign in again.
