How can I cancel? (Registered on the website)

If you subscribed through the website, please follow the steps below:
1. Log in at https://www.jme.tv
2. Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page and select "Account"
3. On the Account page, click the "Cancel Subscription" button
4. A pop-up message will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to cancel your subscription?" — click "OK"

Note:
You cannot log in to the Jme website or app from countries outside the U.S. and Canada.
If you are returning to Japan or moving to a country other than the U.S. or Canada, please make sure to cancel your subscription in advance.
