I am unable to reset my password from My Account.
You cannot reset your password from "My Account." Please follow the steps below starting from the Sign-In page:
1. Access Jme.tv.
2. Click on "Sign In."
3. Click on "Forgot your password?"
4. Enter your registered email address on the screen.
5. You will receive an email with the subject "Your reset password request has been processed." Click the "Reset Password" button in the email
6. On the screen that appears, enter your new password twice (same password in both fields)
7. Your password has now been successfully changed. Click the "Return to Sign In" button to go back to the sign-in screen. Then enter your email address and new password to sign in again.
