I entered my name and email address on the registration screen, but it says, "This email address is already in use." Why can’t I register even though I haven’t started using the service yet?

How to Register on the Website:

1. Go to the Website
2. Sign in using your registered email address and password.
3. Click the person icon at the top right corner, then select “Account.”
4. On the Account page, click “+Add Product” under the subscription section.
5. Choose your preferred plan and click "Continue."
6. If you have a promo code, click “Add promo code,” enter the code, and click “Apply.”
7. Enter your credit card information and click “Save Details.”
Your registration is now complete.
