I entered my name and email address on the registration screen, but it says, "This email address is already in use." Why can’t I register even though I haven’t started using the service yet?

How to Register on the Website:

1. Go to https://watch.jme.tv/ and click on "Start with a 5-day free trial."
2. On the "Create Account" page, enter your email address and password, then click "Continue."
3. Enter your name and gender, check the box to agree to Jme’s Terms of Use, and click "Continue."
4. On the "Choose a Plan" page, select your desired plan and click "Continue."
5. If you have a promo code, click on "Add Promo Code", enter the code, and click "Apply." If you don’t have one, proceed directly to credit card registration.
6. Enter your credit card information and click the "Pay" button.

Note: Even if you click the "Pay" button, the first 5 days will be free if you're signing up for the 5-day free trial.
