How can I cancel the service? (registered from ROKU)

To cancel a subscription billed by Roku, you can:
1. Go to my.roku.com and sign in to your account.
Please note: Two-step verification using your registered email address is required to sign in.
2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select "My Account"
3. Click "My Subscriptions"
4. Under "Active Subscriptions," find the Jme app and click "Manage Subscription"
5. Select "Turn off auto-renew" and click "Confirm changes"

You can also cancel a subscription from your Roku player:
1. On the Roku home screen, select the channel you want to cancel.
2. Press the "Star (*)" button on your remote.
3. Select "Manage Subscription"
4. Choose "Cancel / Turn off auto-renew"
