I updated my credit card, but I still received an email saying "Your card is about to expire." What should I do?
After updating your credit card, you may still receive an email stating "Your card is about to expire."
This is due to a system issue. Our investigation found that even after updating to a new card, the system may still retain information from the old card, which causes the email to be sent.
We have requested the payment processor, Cleeng, to fix this issue.
If you receive this email after updating your card information, you can safely ignore it.
