What should I do if I experience issues with video quality or playback? (For Apple TV Users)

1. Restart your Apple TV device.

3. Delete the Jme app from your device, and download it again.
4. Please make sure that your Jme app is up to date.
Go to Settings → Apps → Automatic Updates, and make sure it is turned On.
5. Check your tvOS version. Make sure your device is updated to the latest version.
6. Check your network connection.
7. Check your internet speed
