How can I change my plan? (For Website Users)
If you registered through the website, please follow the steps below to change your plan:
- Go to the website.
- Sign in using your registered email address and password.
- Click the person icon at the top right corner, then select “Account.”
- On the Account page, click “Change” under the Subscription section.
- On the Select Plan page, choose your preferred plan and click “Continue.”
- Click “Confirm.”
The new plan will automatically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

- You may change your plan at any time, however, any plan changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- The On-Demand Only Plan is only available as a monthly plan.
- Refunds cannot be issued for any portion of fees already paid under any plan.
