How can I change my plan? (For Website Users)

If you registered through the website, please follow the steps below to change your plan:

  1. Go to the website.
  2. Sign in using your registered email address and password.
  3. Click the person icon at the top right corner, then select “Account.”
  4. On the Account page, click “Change” under the Subscription section.
  5. On the Select Plan page, choose your preferred plan and click “Continue.”
  6. Click “Confirm.”

The new plan will automatically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • You may change your plan at any time, however, any plan changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
  • The On-Demand Only Plan is only available as a monthly plan.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for any portion of fees already paid under any plan.
