I recently purchased a new Amazon Fire TV device, but I cannot find the Jme app.
In addition to Fire OS, which has traditionally been used on Amazon Fire TV devices, some newer models use a new operating system called Vega OS. At this time, Jme is not supported on Fire TV models running Vega OS.
The following models use Vega OS:
Fire TV Stick HD (2026)
Fire TV Stick 4K Select (2025)

Recently purchased models that run Fire OS can continue to be used to watch Jme.
You can check which operating system your device uses by following these steps:
Settings → My Fire TV → About → Fire TV → Software Version
Under “Software Version”:
If it says “Fire OS,” your device uses Fire OS.
If it says only “OS,” your device uses Vega OS.
We are currently confirming whether Jme will support Vega OS in the future.
